What is ITIL?

The ITILPeople forum is the place to discuss all things ITIL related.  Any questions you have ask them here.  Anyone can read messages on the forum, but to post on the forum you need to register.  Registration is quick, free and easy.

By entering the ITILPeople forum you agree to post messages in accordance with the following rules:

No swearing or abusive language to be contained in the subject or body of any posting. 
No threatening behaviour to be contained in the subject or body of any posting. 
No "spam" or repetitive postings and No "promotional" postings for external commercial websites allowed.

Discussion must be on topic - the topic of these boards is ITIL and Service Management.
