3 Day Service Management Foundation Course

The Service management foundation course is a 3-day Residential Training Course leading to the ISEB/EXIN Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Description

This course provides a solid foundation for those seeking an entry-level professional qualification in IT Service Management. It forms the basis for those wishing to progress to the practitioner level qualifications or onto the full Manager’s Certificate.

Structure

The course is assignment based, combining short lectures with individual and group assignments and mock examinations in preparation for the multiple choice ISEB/EXIN examination. It provides a very good introduction to IT service Management, and many organisation have chosen to send some or all of their IT staff on these courses, in preparation for an implementation programme. The multiple-choice ISEB examination is held at the end of the third-day of the course, under the control of an ISEB invigilator.
