Fox IT no longer offer a single assessment service but offer a range of web based assessment services and reviews covering a wide range of subjects.  These include:

IT Service Management Online Self Assessment, the purpose of which is to provide a summary of IT Service Management process maturity, possibly as a pre-requisite for a more detailed assessment.

IT Service Management Local Government Best Value Review, the purpose of which is to provide a baseline from which improvements can be measured and demonstrated.

IT Service Management Facilitated Service Management Review, the purpose of which is to provide a baseline upon which improvements can be measured and demonstrated.

IT Service Management Review, the purpose of which is to take an in-depth look at each of the ITIL processes and provide a detailed report on the efficiency, effectiveness and maturity of each process.
