This independent website is devoted to discussion and useful information relating to the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and the wider world of IT service management. ITIL^® is a Registered Trade Mark and a Community Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce.  

The site is freely available to people working in or with an interest in the ITIL service management field.  There are several places on the site where any individual can add material or you can send contributions to the website administrator who will be happy to add them to the site.  It is a key portal to enable anybody to find anything they need in the world of service management.

This site is constantly being expanded and updated.  In due course it will contain information about ITIL, IT Service Management, Self Assessment methods, Jobs, News etc.  Please revisit the site regularly to see the updated material.  This site is run for you, the more you contribute the better the site will become.

What Is ITILPeople.com?

ITILPeople.com is your one stop shop for all things ITIL related.  It is a wholly independent website.  So why have we set this up.  We believe that ITIL has no independent presence on the world wide web.  As such we have setup ITILPeople.com as this presence.  Here you will find details of ITIL related jobs, news, training courses and much much more, all given from an independent view.  So far we have provided the following sections on this website, but we hope to add more sections as we grow.

Abbreviations/Glossary:  A list of abbreviations and a glossary of terms currently in use in the ITIL world.

Articles: Various articles from ITIL authors.

Assessment Services:  Details of the various assessment services which are available to find out how ITIL compliant your organisation is, and links to the various organisations who run these services.

Forum: A place to discuss all things ITIL related. Take a look.

Jobs:  Details of jobs which are currently available in ITIL related organisations.

We haven't quite decided on what to put in this section yet, so if you have any resources which you think may be of use to the ITIL community please send them to us.
